  • HoneyBadger is a professionally managed repair services company
  • HoneyBadger ensures that experienced professionals attend your household repair needs.
  •  HoneyBadger are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of first repair. This applies to only the services that are provided by the HoneyBadger personnel and doesn’t cover the spare parts. All spare parts that are purchased from different vendors are covered by their own guarantee/warranty and don’t come under HoneyBadger purview.
  • No work shall be undertaken without the “Estimate or Quotation” being accepted. A bill/Invoice for the services provided and a receipt for the payments made shall be obtained by the customer and preserved for claiming any guarantee.
  • HoneyBadger conducts required background checks on its employees and ensures that their behavior is appropriate and they don’t have any criminal background.
  • However it is customer’s responsibility that all safety and security precautions are taken on their own by customers.HoneyBadger doesn’t take any responsibility or liability in case of any theft, any crime or any unforeseen incidents that happen while the repair works are being undertaken.

  • All the guarantees become void incase appropriate invoices and bills are not preserved and produced in case of any defect in the services provided.HoneyBadger recommends only well reputed branded spare parts for all its repair services. As the spare parts are purchased at customer’s discretion HoneyBadger is not liable for any issues that arise because of the spurious spare parts.
  • HoneyBadger ensures personal hygiene and look of its employees. In case of any non compliance is noticed by you, please inform the customer care.
  • All costs being paid towards the services rendered by the HoneyBadger employees shall be paid through cash and you shall obtain a receipt for the same. Any payment without a receipt is purely at your risk. All payments towards the spare parts shall be done only after verification of bills issued by the vendors.
